John J Ford

John works with various domestic and foreign companies assisting senior management on a variety of levels, including managing a broad variety of legal affairs, assessing and formulating strategic direction and assisting in business management and development.

John has worked with individuals, privately held firms and multi-national publicly traded companies. He is currently working with a select number of technology oriented companies on a variety of projects, including the launch of www.BetAmerica.com. He is also a Commentator for www.iGamingLaw.com. In the past, he has worked on strategic and legal matters, focused on corporate matters, corporate governance, contracting and licensing matters. He has developed a respected expertise in online lottery, sweepstakes, play for fun and real money gaming law, both from the software development side, as well as from the operating side. John has worked extensively with both land-based and online gaming operators and brings a unique perspective to both sides of the industry.

John is an attorney licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
